Great service very professional . Both Nick and Abraham where very pleasant to work with. They installed my water heater and fix the leak in my shower all in a day . They where very organized and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. Would definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a leak and major plumbing issues with water dirty coming back up from all of the bathrooms in our house. I called Hernandez plumbing Sunday morning and they very quickly sent someone out. Octavio Delgado helped find the source of the issue and quickly repaired it. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. 100% would recommend!

A definite case of overpromised and under delivered. Was told the job would start at 8:30-9:30, it was a 10:20 arrival. Was told a two hour job, became a 5+ hour job. Was told pipes would be flush to the wall and the water heater up high, ended up sticking out inches and lowered because of unforeseen factors. The one bonus star is because it works, but thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of the finished job.

You can see a hole that was drilled where the water heater was promised it would be compared to where it was as well as how far out the pipes and hoses stick out.

The Plumber we typically use was unavailable so we found Rite Plumbing. He came and fixed our leak quickly and price was more than fair. Great guy, glad we found him.

I have used their services on various occasions, including installing a water heater, leak detections and a few leak repairs. Matthew is always responsive, professional, and provides quality and reliable work. Super hard to find a contractor like him in Miami. I highly recommend them!!

Coastal Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing company in the Brickell area in all of Miami in our opinion. We have called Eddie last minute and he always makes an effort to deliver same day service in an emergency situation. Thankfully, we don't need to call often because his work is top notch! Eddie is honest, friendly, and always in a good mood. :) He also likes to explain his work and show you so you understand. He is very passionate about plumbing!!! The techs were nice, the work seems solid, the price, however, was quite high. A labor rate just shy of $1000 per hour - brain surgeons are paid less. $475 for 30’ of work replacing a leaky P trap with a single piece of PVC pipe* under my kitchen sink. If you have more money than you know what to do with, this might be the company for you. Not for the faint of heart.
*Correction: Davis from Dovis called to inform me that all of the pipe work under my sink was replaced, not just the leaky section, presumably to extend the life of the repair which is not a permanent fix but an improvement on the jerry rig that was there previously from a former owner. This repair included several additional pieces of PVC and a higher quality metal nut beneath the strainer. In light of this, I have adjusted my rating a bit. Another point of contention was the length of time that the techs were at my house, which I was told was an hour and a half. I can only account for 10’ of assessment and explanation, the 30’ of work, and 5’ for payment. The rest of the time they were outside my home.
My overall assessment remains the same - that the work seems solid but the price is too high. If money is no object and you want to make sure things are done right, I would not necessarily rule out Dovis. If you are on any kind of a budget, I would suggest you solicit other estimates.
