Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

I called Roto-Rooter in an emergency as the main water line to the house ruptured. The person they sent out was late and poorly trained. He didn't resolve the problem and failed to return the next day. I was without water for 36 hours. The Supervisor ended up doing the job. I found the service overpriced and don't intend to use Roto-Rooter ever again.

Nick was working at a neighbors house and I reached out asking him if he was available to fit a new garbage disposal unit in our kitchen. In just a few minutes he had diagnosed the fault and fixed the unit all at no fee and saving us the cost of buying a replacement unit. Mine came. Out was professional and answered all my ?'s. Cameraed. My sewer line.and physically. Showed me. The bad cast iron he replaced cast iron. W all new pvc haven't had anymore problems I recommend plumbing police to anyone w any plumbing problems

We had a leak and major plumbing issues with water dirty coming back up from all of the bathrooms in our house. I called Hernandez plumbing Sunday morning and they very quickly sent someone out. Octavio Delgado helped find the source of the issue and quickly repaired it. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. 100% would recommend!
