I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

Made me very uncomfortable. Guy just showed up at my door. We had never spoken, no appointment, never asked them to come, and they just showed up and asked to do home check. Again, very uncomfortable!!!

The Plumber we typically use was unavailable so we found Rite Plumbing. He came and fixed our leak quickly and price was more than fair. Great guy, glad we found him.

Was here today for plywood. Purchased a smooth 4 x 8 and received the first cut for free. All kinds of wood materials.

This was the worst job a plumbing company can do. We hired them to replace a water filter for kitchen

As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don’t have ice

While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn’t they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it

I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Terribly overpriced $550 to fix a toilet. Could have put in a new one! Also had a leaky shower head neede new stem. Three weeks later and no call back they said the order was closed and everything was taken care of. There was no note on a leaky shower head or ordering stems. Still waiting for a callback from service.

On-time, professional and fixed our issue the first time. I'm not sure what else you would want in a plumber? Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator. Need a plumber? Call him!
