I would put a 0 if I could. They never showed up and when I called they had not scheduled the appointment . They told me they would call me back. They never did. I called again and they told me to look for someone else to do the job. I don't know if this guy Edwin ( the one I spoke with ) is the owner or an employee but certainly has no idea on how to run a business. Same goes for his secretary who took the appointment and probably wrote it down on toilet paper. Don't call this guys unless you want to waste your day waiting for a ghost like I did.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Randy Morales came out within the time frame . He did what needed to be done, he did it swiftly, quickly resolved a little bump in the road, and kept my rate based on time to a fair charge. Couldn’t be happier with this company and this technician.

Awesome is an overused term, but it's the same response my wife and I both had. Since our addition has been completed, the water pressure in the shower has never been what we expected. Recently, after having another plumber come out and make it worse, I asked a friend for a recommendation. My friend highly recommended Joshua Tree Plumbing and said they always fix the issue. He said they were 5/5 for him, so I figured I'd give them a try. I called Josh and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me an accurate up front price and was finished within about 45 minutes. The shower has NEVER worked better, even when brand new! The water pressure is...awesome. Josh was as or more professional and knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever dealt with before.

In summary, after years of searching, Joshua Tree Plumbing is now my go to plumber.
