I'm a happy Roto-Rooter client in Atlanta and Bal Harbour for large and small projects. In Atlanta, it was for major water restoration after a sewage pipe cracked at our family home. In Bal Harbour, it's mainly been for bathroom and kitchen sink repairs and replacements. Thomas Shock (Miami; ID is 0067) did an incredible job at our condominium. We own a few units and our plumber had retired. In the midst of finding a new plumber to work with we made several calls and Hernandez plumbing was responsive and onsite (even outside of their coverage) in a timely manner to fix an overflowing toilet. They delivered their service professionally and, most importantly, in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Joshua Tree Plumbing provided excellent service when my old water heater started leaking. They returned my call within 10 minutes (on a weekend) and provided over-the-phone support immediately. During the service visit, various replacement options were presented in a professional manner. No high-pressure sales tactics. A new energy-efficient (hybrid) water heater was installed the next day. The finished product (piping, valves, connections, etc.) was excellent and I will certainly call this plumber again. Knowledgeable, responsive, fair, professional. High marks all the way around for this owner-operated business.

Update: Since the initial service from JTP, I have utilized this company for other plumbing needs over the past 5 years. Always great service, and excellent responsiveness. Top notch.

I couldn't recommend a better company, I had a leaking kitchen sink faucet, the plumber was able to repair it right away, he was in and out in under 1 hour.
