Service Technician Renne Montilla was absolutely outstanding. Renne responded to my home to repair a damaged, leaking, and clogged bathroom sink. After calling dispatch (dispatch personnel were also extremely courteous and professional) Renne was at my house within 45 minutes. He was respectful, professional, and resolved the problem in under an hour. There is only one bathroom in the house, this sink has been giving us problems for years and it is a huge relief that it is fixed now. The estimate was free and the pricing was reasonable. When the job was completed I paid exactly what the estimate said. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Renne Montilla to anyone looking for quality service.

My mother in law's basement was FLOODED!! I called a few people and there prices were ridiculous! Thank goodness I found these guys. They were very swift in there work, respectful & professional staff. There was a lot to clean up with all the mold but they cleaned everything out so fast. The team work was well constructed. We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone
