Tech 3870 and Tech 772 were very helpful. They provided me excellent customer service and didn’t take advantage of me after I explained my situation. They walked me through every step and explained what might be needed going forward to prevent future mishaps like the one had, including budgeting in the jet cleaning every 12-18 months. Leo and Julio did an amazing job I would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

Zamir Zapata came to my home to provide an estimate for a water heater replacement. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all of the details of the products available to me. He was extremely professional and I am looking forward to using this plumbing company on various plumbing projects in my home.

I've been a customer for over 25 years and in all those years the owner, Wendy, has given me great advice on solving all my problems & the plumbers she hires are truly outstanding in their knowledge of how to repair or replace all my complex plumbing issues. I have a house built in 1954 that is on well water with a septic tank so the problems are complicated & difficult to solve, but never once in 25 years have I been disappointed!! That's an amazing track record for any company. The men clean up after themselves, are courteous & very professional. The price is always very reasonable. Wendy has repeatedly researched for parts of my older fixtures to save me money. This company deserves more than 5 stars.

It’s a new year and finally this issue has been resolved thanks to Dovis Plumbing. As a tenant I’ve been having this issue with the toilet being backed up ever so often and the landlord wouldn’t fix it; so I took matters into my own hands to find a plumbing service. The technicians Taysir and Mark who were extremely professional and explained everything to me thoroughly which I respect them for were great.
