Tech came out quick and was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone to finalize a quote for me. Its been two weeks with many attempts to contact Rene, but I have had no luck getting a response or call back.

I originally called WMF Restoration at 6 in the morning after I arrived to my home after a business trip and saw water all over the floor of my kitchen. I am not talking about a little puddle, there was a good inch of standing water. I called a few other companies that went straight to their voicemail, WMF was the only company that picked up for me.
