The service was excellent. George, the technician (6778), was very helpful and sanitary. He wore a face mask, shoe covers, and took the time to explain to me what the issue was. He was also very efficient, the service call took less than an hour.

I have not yet used these services but let me tell you why I will. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were running up Collins in Miami Beach and started to cut across traffic just before The W... And with the green light heading northbound... the driver made eye contact and waved us across! It sounds little I KNOW. But if the driver is willing to do the little things - they are more likely to deliver on the big things. So, cheers random stranger and thank you for you graciousness.

I spoke with Steve, the owner under a panic because there was a running water leak under my kitchen sink. Steve was very calm and coached me to find the house main water line and told me how to turn it off. He then said he would come later today to fix it. Lucky for me, a neighbor helped me diagnose the problem and I told steve he did not need to come. However, I was grateful for his help and would call him again due to his professionalism and responsiveness.

I called Hernandez Plumbing to install a Flo by Moen automatic shut off valve. I live in a townhouse. I was looking for a way to protect from possible leaks while i was away. I had heard about the Flo by Moen valve so I had Hernandez Plumbing install it. They did a great job with this complicated job I could'nt trust to just anyone. They sent Emir (plumber) to the job. He was timely and called before he arrived. He cleaned and prepped the area before he started work. Overall great job!!!! thank you!!!!

Diosvany kept constant communication with me about details to replace old water heater (that was leaking) with a new one. He answered all my questions and kept working area organized and clean at all times. Cost for his services, purchasing new water heater, and delivery/disposal fees were reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I purchased my house back in 1990 and Mokher Plumbing was the company that inspect my house for possible plumbing issues and since then, I use them with no hesitation.

I just had a hot water pipe burst between the two bathrooms and Mokher Plumbing immediately responded to my urgency and for the past 3 days working hard, non stop, they finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

Let me just start off that this company has provided me one of the best customer services I have ever received. Not only were they extremely on point with their arrival time but from the beginning of my call to them I was treated with respect.
