I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

I had a leaky pipe in the walls between my bathroom and my daughter's room. I noticed there was a problem when I saw a puddle of water trailing out of her closest. I knew it was something to do with the piping connected to my tub. I immediately went on online to find a plumber, I made an appointment through the Roto-Rooter website (very easy to use). I was giving a time frame the next day of when the plumber was going to arrive and would call when they were on their way. I did get a call and 30 minutes later he arrived, I was at work and my wife was home. long story short he called me back stating everything he was going to do. He advised he had to change the faucets, He stated the price before he stated and I gave him the OK to proceed. He changed the faucets and took him about 4-5 hours to complete, he called me back and stated he finished. The next morning I turned on faucet, walked over to my daughters closest and found 3 terrible water leaks. I was confused and not sure what the the plumber did for 4-5 hours. Anyhow I was a bit upsetcalled Roto-Rooter and about 1-2 hours later they showed up (which was good!) I showed the new guy (different plumber) he started to work right away. He spend 3 hours ended up changing out a part and welding the pipes where the leaks were. I made sure there were no leaks as he stood there next to me as I tested and tested and re-tested. I needed to make sure! Not sure what the 1st plumber but if it wasn't for the 2nd plumber this review would have been a bad one. I'm satisfied with Roto-Rooter, they made a mistake and surly fixed it very quickly and good thing they didn't charge me for the 2nd visit only for the new part they installed which is understandable.

Daniel and Kiko were very methodical in there approach in installing my one piece toilet. They took the time to speak to me and explain there plan of attack as to not damage my toilet. There price was fair as it was on a holiday which was much appreciated by me. They did a great job, and I will be using this company again.

The plumber was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure that everything was still working properly and to answer any additional questions I had. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing their customers with the best possible service.

Great Customer Service!!! Any issues that you have you can contact the owner Kenny he is very kind and understanding. He helped me and adjusted my bill. Plumbers are great too and clean up after work is done! Definitely recommend this company . I have been using them for over 10 years now.

Spectacular and pristine service! We needed to have almost our entire plumbing redone as we have an old house with galvanized pipes. We had utilized coastal plumbing a year ago for a simple clog and we recalled how great they were and called again. Eddie responded immediately and was able to come to our house to quote us within 24 hours. He was honest with us from day 1 about the extent of our work and issues we may encounter. Him and his team started a week long project within 48hrs of contact. Eddie kept my husband and I up to date on everything (the good and the bad). Luckily we only encountered one issue and they were able to solve at a reasonable price. Eddie, Felipe and Judson were professional and respectful. They even went above and beyond to fix an issue with my kitchen sink, which they didn’t have to, thank you for that Judson! Eddie had to bring in someone to plaster some walls they had to break and even that gentleman (an independent worker) upheld the standards of Coastal Plumbing of a Brickell. They do neat work and clean up after themselves, Eddie truly takes pride in his business. Thank you so much again! I hope I don’t need their services soon but if I do, I’ll never go anywhere else!

We’ve been dealing with a plumbing issue for almost 2 weeks now without anyone being able to fix it. Justin came out and took care of it in under 30 minutes with no issues at all. Highly satisfied with my service and would request/ suggest Justin for any other plumbing issues in the future!

I normally do not write reviews, I felt compelled to write one as Acosta Plumbing did a phenomenal job, they were efficient, honest, professional, on time and very reasonably priced.

I have been using them for probably 4 or 5 years and they are just incredible...They always return my call....quick service to say the least the next day....friendly technicians....and always nice to talk to.
