We had been having issues with our tankless water heater for MONTHS! I contacted Rinnai and they put me in touch with Gus at People's Plumbing since he is a trained Rinnai plumber. Their are people who've done a certain profession for quite some time and they don't like their work like they use to. In-turn they become lazy, unreliable and not as good as they once were but not Juan. He's punctual, efficient and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues that may arise in the near future.

I had some minor flood damage in my office and dreaded the whole insurance and contractor rigmarole. I initially called a restoration contractor that the adjuster referred me to and their quote was way too high. Beyond that, I wanted to do some of the work myself (like painting, demo, etc.) to save some money and they wouldn't do partial work. All or nothing. I had WMF Crew came out and asked to see the insurance estimate. We sat down and worked out what I would like to do and what I would like them to take care of and within 24 hours, they shot a quote over to me that was exactly what I was looking for. So, All in all, they weren't greedy.
