I had a great experience with RR last week on Saturday. Water heater leaking in middle of day Saturday. Called RR and the operator was terrific, then spoke to the scheduler who got a tech out to me within an hour! Tech was fantastic! He was helpful, courteous and did a great job…from the start to the finish it was a great experience.

Marco and Carlos came to fix the stoppage at my home. Their professionalism and knowledge was extraordinary. They have a compassion for good customer service and they were detailed to explain the problems they encountered. They were helpful and provided top notch service!
