To be honest this is the first time that I am writing a review for a service provider that I have deal with. But on this case I would liked to share my experience with everybody since it maybe helpful for the others as well o I asked this company to replace my water heater. They provide a service beyond my expectation, very fast and at reasonable price ! The two individual I was in contact Steve and Stephanie are professional, friendly and helpful . If you have any plumbing issue I would 100% recommend this company !

Abraham was great to work with. He went above and beyond and gave me tips / showed me everything. Definitely plan to loop him in on other plumbing projects.

Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

This company is awesome. I was taking care of my 90 year old daytime diva today and both commodes where backed up. I found Main plumbing and they arrived literally within the hour. Let me tell you guys something this father and son duo where super professional, reliable, and they had really good equipment. They worked fast and gave my Diva a great price. They did what they could and it worked. I really appreciate these guys for what they have done. I will definately refer them to anyone looking for a good plumber. #therealdeal

Super professionals , sharp , they took the time to explain the problem

We had an issue that needed further attention...I can honestly say that they took care of the problem immediately. Not only did the plumber come back but the owner did as well to assist. They are extremely serious and CARE about their work and their clients! They are UNIQUIE and a rare find...you cannot find good companies now a days. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THEM, you will be impressed!!!

Ron and his team were a huge help to our business. They arrived to us same day and within 25 minutes of contacting them for toilet repairs. When they arrived they were very transparent with the parts that we actually needed compared to what we thought we might need. Their honesty saved our business considerable amounts of money. Ron was incredibly responsive via phone and text regarding pricing and scope of work. We will definitely be using them in the future.

After our upstairs toilet broke one night and we had to travel to a coffee shop the next morning, I felt quite ashamed. This neighborhood plumber came by the next day and took care of the issue for me.

I had a valve leaking problem late evening. Mike and Danny answered my call even though it was after hours, they were very polite and came quickly, resolved the problem fast and in a very professional manner. They explain to me what happened and offered recommendations after.

Was here today for plywood. Purchased a smooth 4 x 8 and received the first cut for free. All kinds of wood materials.

I've used American & drain company several times from leaks to larger fixes throughout the house, showers repairs, heater installations and more.
Robert always finds time and does an excellent job. Will continue to use his service and recommend him in the future. Always provides very high quality work.

They said it would be $75 to come out and that they would be there between 3 and 5 and call me half an hour before the appointment he showed up at 5:02 very good however charged me $143 to take a metal piece on my garbage disposal and reset my garbage disposal which took him all of 5 minutes and charged me $143 it took him longer to figure out how much to charge me that it was he was in my house

stay away , scam.

The job was well done, I changed fawcets around my home, however I thought it was super pricey. I would ask around and see other options for my next plumbing job.
