My water heater caught fire due to a leak today. I called ProPlumbing and the receptionist let me speak to Alex who was extremely courteus and knowledgable. We agreed on the price and he came to my house and less than an hour and a half my new water heater was installed. Definitely would recommed to friends. They came the same day, within hours of my call and Alex and Mike were very professional.Thank you!!!

Very priceyCalled the company for a garbage disposal replacement estimated cost should be around 120.There was no parts death of the technician her to buy.The guy over charge us for 240 for the work he wasn’t nice took him to complete their work less than an hourvery disappointed

Had a leaky faucet and Danny was able to come out the next day. Super fast response time and very reliable. He was very nice and did a great job. I'm glad I don't have to shop around for plumbers again. Next time I'm calling him, no question.

They will pick up the phone once. Ask for information and then ignore your calls and leave your texts on “read”. Total unprofessionalism. If thats the initial treatment I bet the service is worse.

As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don’t have ice

While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn’t they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it

I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services

Dovis Plumbing installed 3 bidets at my home. Their response was super fast and the service was quick and clean. Taysir and Mark were really friendly and let me know all my options before starting the service. Great customer service.

Over the past 3 months I have tried to use Coral Gables Plumbing to have my cast iron pipes evaluated. During this time frame they canceled my scheduled appointment more than 3 times. They then waved their call out fee to make up for the delay. Upon doing their initial review of my pipes, I paid 1300$ in full (200$ over estimate), and was told the full review would be back to me within 1 week. Here I stand 2 weeks later to find out the plumber who came out to do the inspection is no longer with Coral Gables Plumbing. I asked for a prompt refund and was told that is not possible.

To summarize, Coral Gables Plumbing was late to do their inspection, have yet to complete their inspection (as I have not received the report), sent a plumber who is no longer affiliated with their company, and have refused to provide me a refund. This said I strongly urge any consumer to go with another company as there is a better than average chance Coral Gables Plumbing will over promise, under deliver, and steal your money.
