The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

Thank God for this Company and for our technician James who came out today on a Saturday 2/4/23 and replaced my elderly Dad's water heater that was leaking. He was professional, efficient and did a quality job!! He definitely saved us!! I appreciate their quick response and James that got it all taken care of with a smile. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter 😉

The Plumber we typically use was unavailable so we found Rite Plumbing. He came and fixed our leak quickly and price was more than fair. Great guy, glad we found him.

We agreed on a quote for a water heater installation 4 days before the job was to be done. The day before, he sent us a “complete quote” that was $290 more than the initial one. We text him back with the message “We hope this is not a strategy for asking more right before doing the job and because people are in urgent need they agree to whatever you ask.” and his answer was “Dear sir we
Don’t need any strategy as we are extremely busy with work.
I told you $400 labor.”, but he never said for the labor, it was for the installation.
Be careful this doesn’t happen to you and if it does, do something about it because people have to be honest with each other and not take advantage of people in need.

The technicians are so professional and so polite. Mark and Dylan’s were fantastic! Friendly, quick and walked us through everything. We appreciate the hard work.

This is hands down the best plumbing service ever. The owner is super nice and down to earth and the people she dispatches are the very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a plumbing service, look no further. Chris was the person sent to my home. He installed a new water heater for my house. He was really nice and professional.

Tal is very professional and detailed with his work. We had an emergency and he gave us a 2 hour window for arrival and met it. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened and what we need to do to avoid any problems going forward. It was a pleasure to deal with him. It's hard to find that work ethic in these times. We will be using his company going forward.

I came upon EZ Miami Plumbing as a result of a leak in my wall. I called multiple plumbing companies and was told by most that it would be days before someone could help. Enter Angel Ruiz, the owner of this company and a literal angel. He actually took my call, and told me he would come out within the hour. Then he actually showed up on time. It's a Miami miracle. All I can say is WOW! He was polite, professional, and fixed my problem until he could come back the next day and finalize the repair. I actually feel like his prices are fair, which in a city like Miami is highly unusual. He showed up the next day on time to finish the job (another Miami miracle) He was so impressive and wonderful that I hired him on the spot to do an entire re-pipe of my 1930's Coconut Grove home. This guy is legit, highly recommend.
