Pro Plumbing went out of their way to help me with my broken sewage pipe that a phone company damaged during installation. The pipe was buried 3 1/2 deep in the ground which they dug up manually. The first plumber I called was lost but these guys knew just what to do and I couldn't be happier.

This is the worst of the worst. I took over a property that already had a contract with them and by the year end they charged the building over $25,000 dollars worth of repairs emergency pump and fix to the brand new pump they installed. After one month of installation those pumps has been nightmare, the property never had issues with the old pump and supposedly the city of coral gable refer them to make upgrades which cost the property over $95,000.00 since then it was week after week calling them because the pump would fail and cannot work or the valve would break. Stuff a plumber will do for $1000.00 and they charge $13,000.00 with ridiculous claims they had to hold the sewer line and all. All they are thieves and even have problems with the IRS. We received documents that’s said to not to make payments to them they own over half million of taxes not paying. Any payments own to them should be made to the city.

Emir and Tony were both wonderful . Tony came first to take a look at the issue , free of charge . Then emir called the next day to confirm a great time to come by . He came on time , was very professional , and fixed the issues in a timely manner . Would highly recommend the company and emir.

Diosvany came to my house within 15 minutes after I made the service call. My bathroom toilet was clogged and overflowing with water. The situation with the toilet was affecting my 2nd toilet as well. I was so worried that I wasn’t going to be able to resolve this problem. Diosvany quickly realized what was wrong and unclogged all of my plumbing pipes through the roof. He was diligent and hardworking, he didn’t give up until he made sure everything was working properly. I had a valve leaking problem late evening. Mike and Danny answered my call even though it was after hours, they were very polite and came quickly, resolved the problem fast and in a very professional manner. They explain to me what happened and offered recommendations after.

Just had y’all’s company cut me off In traffic make an illegal left turn cutting off more drivers and had the passenger leaning out the window cussing me out. Classy business practices, have pics of the van if the business cares to find out who their professional staff is
