I have known Sam the Plumber for about 30 + years now, and he has been my go to Plumber since then, no one more reliable or honest or responsible than him, he has been a life saver in my own home and the rentals I own, nothing but great things to say about his service...

Steve is a talented plumber. He's very smart about plumbing matters. I had a rocky start with him on a leak detection job and I flew off the handle but we talked it through and he ended up coming through with flying colors on the job. He gets 5 stars for his efficiency and quality of work.

My toilet was clogged at 4:30 am and I called Main Plumbing Services and Danny answered my call it took 25 min to solve my issue at that unexpected moment. I highly recommend them for any Plumbing issues. Great customer service.....

Just had y’all’s company cut me off In traffic make an illegal left turn cutting off more drivers and had the passenger leaning out the window cussing me out. Classy business practices, have pics of the van if the business cares to find out who their professional staff is

They performed a leak test for me, concluded that it was a shower pan leak because they saw water on the floor when they opened up the bottom of the floor on the opposite side of the shower wall, recommended that I redo the entire bathroom and report the claim to my insurance company. I wasn't convinced because they wouldn't and didn't know how to perform a hydrostatic test. We eventually opened up the walls, turns out it was the shower diverter leaking. They also reset a toilet for me, less than 6 months later, it's wabbling. Worst plumber ever. Really seems like they're looking for issues or trying to create issues so that you have to report an insurance claim.

Muy bueno el servicio de Talia una empleada del departamento de electrodomesticos, ella se encargo de procesar todas mis compras, de explicarme como debia recibir y verificar mi refrigerador cuando llegase a la casa. Nos acompañó hasta la salida. Muy buena en su trabajo. Es la primera vez que me senti satisfecha con la atención de un empleado, ella sabia lo que hacia.Con respecto a las promociones que aparecen alli hasta 24 meses eso no esta aclarado y deberia es que solo son para las nuevas tarjetas y para obtenerla mi esposo debio aplicar para otra tarjeta del store, eso es lo que no esta bien. Por eso puse 4 estrellas y no 5.Hoy 8/19 /2019. Lamento mucho tener que hacer este comentario acerca del Delivery Service, ocurrió que yo no me di cuenta de las dimensiones del refrigerador y mis puertas y no fui advertida nunca acerca de eso, cuando llegó el Delivery el sr. Solo midió la puerta de entrada y por allí pasaje perfecto así que la bajaron y debía pasar por 2 puertas más las cual nunca midió antes de bajarla por lo que la dejó en mi living, dijo que cuando sacará los Marcos de las puertas lo llamaramos para instalarla, así lo hice pero el que me atendió después de esperar más de 30 minutos me dijo que en el correr de la tarde me llamaban lo cual no ocurrió nunca, solo hay 30 días para instalarla, llame a la tienda a la extensión que me dió la vendedora pero nadie atiende a ninguna hora, realmente una frustración y mi refrigerador todavía en la sala esperando.Compra muy frustrante. Voy a tener que regresar a la tienda.

Fantastic experience. We’ve had a couple plumbers not want to go under our 1930s farm house because of the limited crawlspace, but not this guy. He spent an entire day working hard, re-piped our entire house and replaced our nasty galvanized metal, ran dishwasher lines and set up our new hot water heater. Now everything is upgraded and it was exactly what he quoted us as far as price. He is hard-working, honest, positive and we will hire him again in a heartbeat. It’s so nice to have a reliable professional plumber!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

I was having issues with the water in my kitchen sink not coming on , my toilet & tub that wouldn’t drain and Josh & Mike came ON TIME & provided the service I needed. You resolved my issue quickly & my mind is now at ease. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them.
