Came into fix a problem with the toilet, after they left the toilet started flushing on its own, looked it up it is called a phantom flush. Scheduled another appointment, they showed up 2 hours late and charged us $100. However, toilet has been fixed.

This company is such a rip off Luis the salesman sold us a bunch of LIES about all the things he WAS going to do in a timely fashion well that was a epic failure we started in APRIL and we are still having the same problem. Let me start with the workers every day there was someone new the guys had to leave to go Home Depot every time they came to my house and wolud stay gone for hours. And he has the nerves to say that Peter wants to put a lean on my house because the balance isn't paid well the work isn't complete but, Hey Peter go ahead and put that lean on my house cause until you or your company find this leak no Funds will be released to Luis or you if you. Peter if you want to talk feel free to contact us or even stop by so you can see the horrible work your guys did.I hope I dont have to find another company to take care of the same issue that you were suppose to fix. This message is for the owner MR. PETER HIMSELF because I can go on and about this company and it won't be PRETTY SO DO CONTACT ME AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE

Ariel was a huge help. We had a really bad leak under the crawl space, and he worked in the crawl space for over two hours to get it repaired properly. Highly recommended!!

I cannot say whether the work they did was a good value as I have nothing to compare it to, but the cost did not seem unreasonable or I would not have used them. There were a couple of issues that required them to return. They were ready to come the following day, but I wasn't available. They came the next day first thing in the morning and took care of everything. They were minor as things go. All is well now. I would use them again.

Our previous plumber left the state so I used an online job referral feature to find a plumber for help with our broken Rinnai tankless water heater. I received a few company's requests, including KNC Plumbing. What I noticed different about KNC was the owner, Kristopher, who communicated useful advice and quickly responded to both emails and phone calls. The other companies just wanted to send someone out. whereas I could tell Kristopher was passionate about his job and wanted to find the best solution, starting before the onsite service call. When Kristopher came out, he did a thorough job of testing the tankless water heater, and really listened to my wife and my explanations of the problem. He provided options, including future upgrade paths. Kristopher got on the phone with Rinnai directly and cleaned the flame rods and igniter to get our heater working again for a very low service call price. It is my impression Kristopher has extensive tankless water heater and plumbing experience and is truly dedicated to doing his best for customers as his primary goal. He could have upsold us and recommended we replace our 7 1/2 year old unit, but he was able to fix it instead. This expertise and honesty is why I recommend him to anyone with a tankless water heater or other plumbing issue.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Mark came out and cleaned out our kitchen drain. I had tried on my own with both drano and a good sized snake I bought from Menards. Both were unsuccessful.

Mark did a great job. He has a much larger snake (90 feet) and had other tricks up his sleeve. He ended up clearing the blockage by using pressurized water. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing help with their drains.

I normally do not write reviews, I felt compelled to write one as Acosta Plumbing did a phenomenal job, they were efficient, honest, professional, on time and very reasonably priced.

Typical leak but not an easy fix. Matt from D.O solves my issue again. Very happy to have solid support for my plumbing problems.
