Plastic water line that connects from cold water pipe to the refrigerator for water dispenser/ ice machine was leaking under sink kitchen cabinet. I decided to eliminate the tee connection as I never use the water dispenser on my refrigerator door. Zamir was professional, friendly, quick, timely and knowledgeable. I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

They subcontract plumbers. Some are not good and they are expensive. The positive is they come quickly.

It’s a new year and finally this issue has been resolved thanks to Dovis Plumbing. As a tenant I’ve been having this issue with the toilet being backed up ever so often and the landlord wouldn’t fix it; so I took matters into my own hands to find a plumbing service. The technicians Taysir and Mark who were extremely professional and explained everything to me thoroughly which I respect them for were great. Look no further when having plumbing issues the two technicians (Taysir and Mark) at Dovis are the ones to get it done right! As a customer I’m grateful 😀 and would use them again!

They gave an excellent service, very kind and hardworking, they get the job done perfectly, i would reccomend them.

They performed a leak test for me, concluded that it was a shower pan leak because they saw water on the floor when they opened up the bottom of the floor on the opposite side of the shower wall, recommended that I redo the entire bathroom and report the claim to my insurance company. I wasn't convinced because they wouldn't and didn't know how to perform a hydrostatic test. We eventually opened up the walls, turns out it was the shower diverter leaking. They also reset a toilet for me, less than 6 months later, it's wabbling. Worst plumber ever. Really seems like they're looking for issues or trying to create issues so that you have to report an insurance claim.

Same day service on short notice? And quality work done? Definitely my go to gu guys from now on.
