I live in a hight rise building 22 floor. When my water heater stoped working, I start doing research where I can buy a new one and how much will be installation. Companies like Lowes or Home Depod charged me for evaluation, and they told me that I need to do extra work on plumbing and electric ( price come up so hight). It took time and my money. But then I got Main Plumbing Services number. Same day they evaluate the work that need to be done (Free) and provide building management with all certificates needed.
Couple hours work and I got my hot water beck in pipes!! Reasonable price and fast quality service.
I would recommend this company to everyone.

Not so much. Quoted me $850 for swapping a new softener tank for old one. This literally involved unscrewing two water outlets from the tank and attaching new tank in it's place. Half hour job. The tank was $500. My well company coming Monday charges$100 for the first hour. Needless to say I didn't hire Peters Plumbing.

Excellent customer service, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. The plumber called me as he was able to arrive earlier. The diagnostic and repair was quick and efficient.

Tech came out quick and was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone to finalize a quote for me. Its been two weeks with many attempts to contact Rene, but I have had no luck getting a response or call back.

Needed to unclog bathrooms drainage. Sebastian started to say plumbing was wrong without even looking at his camera. Then, climbed to the roof, set the camera and said drain is clogged and due to the plumbing being terrible done he was not able to unclog the drainage. Removed the toilet and tries with camera and same, unable to unclog due to plumbing being terrible wrong. He decided not to go to main drainage in the backyard. Then left saying he would provide me a report as per my request. Was at home for 3 hours and charged us $450 ($350 for 2 hours, $150 per hour.

A few hours later another plumber came and unclogged the drainage within minutes.

Talked to Sebastian and only refunded $100.

This is not a fair nor good service. Very disappointed.

Just had y’all’s company cut me off In traffic make an illegal left turn cutting off more drivers and had the passenger leaning out the window cussing me out. Classy business practices, have pics of the van if the business cares to find out who their professional staff is
