To be honest this is the first time that I am writing a review for a service provider that I have deal with. But on this case I would liked to share my experience with everybody since it maybe helpful for the others as well o I asked this company to replace my water heater. They provide a service beyond my expectation, very fast and at reasonable price ! The two individual I was in contact Steve and Stephanie are professional, friendly and helpful . If you have any plumbing issue I would 100% recommend this company !

Andy was great. He was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and quick with the repair. I am very grateful he was able to help us out on a Saturday night to unclog two toilets in the house. Thank you.

This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. Plumbing.

PHENOMENAL!!!! If you have to replace your pipe system and are dreading the process of choosing a company and the actual replacement process, do yourself a favor and choose Hernandez Plumbing. We had broken cast iron pipes and considered the possibility of doing pipe lining, but when we found out that the condition of our pipes was not a candidate for the lining and had to be replaced, we were worried about the having to break through our floors and where we would live for the time being. However, all that worrying was for no reason after seeing how Hernandez Plumbing are basically efficient, forward-looking artists! The process was top-notch, skilled, quick and as clean as possible. We were able to live comfortably in our home the whole time! We’ve seen other homes with a trench in their front yard for over 1.5 months, but ours was open and closed within about 2-3 days. The process to replace the pipes in our house was less than 2 weeks. After that was just to re-tile and replace some pieces of drywall. This company has incredible leadership. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Rafael, Marlon and the ENTIRE team! Thank you so much for making such a nerve-wracking process a complete breeze (even with permits and inspections). Called Perronis Plumbing on the weekend for an emergency, Sebastian quickly responded and gave me an estimate thru the phone. When arrived, Sebastian found the problem with a camera inspection very fast and easy. Got the job done the same day aswell.
