I had a very interesting experience with Mr. Paul when he came to fix my toilettes. While we had all the details covered, insurance given to my building, etc a major case of institutional toilette blocking came up which diverted his attention from my problem. As I expressed to him that I was also in need of assistance for my first toilette problem. he promptly understood and gave me his undivided attention. Great job Mr. Paul !!

I can't believe what I had to hear from my family. I had to CALL another company to get them to fix the issues they had. No response to the company that did such a great job. How dare you do this to my family. He overpriced my family for crying out loud, don't do it. Go to a company who is thorough at their job.

Brandon was great. He was really professional, organized and respectful. He helped us understand the issues he found throughout the repair, and gave us a lot of tips for maintenance. Despite the issues with dispatch, I would call Roto Rooter again thanks to the great service we received.

Absolutely phenomenal service! We had our water heater replaced and these guys were very professional, helpful, and communicative through the entire process. When we had issues with the water not getting hot enough after the replacement, the owner came out on his day off to help fix the issue.

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. I received a estimate to change the broken shower on and off handle. The staff extremely courteous and really profesional. i received an estimate of $1350 dollars not including the broken dry wall to access the pipe. I just had this job done for $240 without having to break anything. We really felt that they where trying to take advantage of us.

The plumber was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure that everything was still working properly and to answer any additional questions I had. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to providing their customers with the best possible service.

Fast and trustworthy plumber who detected the horrible leak in my house and was able to quickly resolve the broken plumbing water pipes, as well as get me a credit for the wasted water from the leak! They are very knowledgeable and will definitely recommend my friends for all their plumbing needs.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
