After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

We needed an outside faucet bibb replaced. Service was good. Labor charge lat $400+ for 30 min was outrageous . . . Highway robbery!

The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. He was extremely compassionate of my situation and demonstrated genuine care and humanity when it came to me, even before becoming a customer. Would highly recommend!

Miami 24/7 Plumbing provides and excellent and thorough service. I had an emergency problem with a pipe in my home late in the day. They were able to come same day even though it was late. Instead of just putting a bandaid on the problem (like all the other plumbers that have come out), they used their camera technology to find the root of the problem. Now I can finally have the problem fixed permanently. Owner Ron and tech Jorge were both super knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time and explained everything me. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We suffered Water damage as we somehow left the bathroom tap running. Water Mold Fire Restoration technician was literally on the spot on an early Sunday morning, wet vac in hand, personally removing the water while the rest of the crew arrived.

Knowledgeable, reliable, expert on my many problems with pipes, faucets, bath/shower hardware and leaks. I am hiring on a remodeling and major repair job next.
