The service we received from this company was exceptional. We had a leak in the bathroom and didn't know who to call. Well, we lucked out because we got in touch with the owner, Wendy, who was very accommodating and sent someone the next day. Our plumber, Justin, was so knowledgeable, courteous, and professional that he turned a stressful situation for us into a pleasant afternoon. He found the source of the leak immediately and replaced the damaged part. Not only was he patient when I had many questions but was happy to explain every step as he went along...great work ethic; wonderful service all-around! Will definitely call them again in the future. Quick and resourceful... Got to our property in 20min!

We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone

Jim did an EXCELLENT job diagnosing a sewer line problem. I also had him reseal one of my toilets. Jim is VERY responsive and on time. I found his prices reasonable enough. He is a pleasure to work with and also speaks English! Will definitely use him again in the future.

Kris and his crew at KNC Plumbing were excellent! They came to my house to complete a full repipe of copper water lines from the street to the house and also all the water lines in the house. Additionally, he moved our hot water tank and reconfigured our entire plumbing so it is not only aesthetically pleasing (lines outside the home) but also most efficient. Additionally, he installed an access to our sewer drain should there ever be an issue in the future, it could be easily accessed. Service is on-time and Kris communicates what he has done and recommends along the way. As usual, with any major repair to the home, you are likely to have other needs and he clearly communicated those needs. Our house is an old house that has been jerry-rigged through the decades and we're unfortunately the ones who have to clean it all up and do it right. I strongly encourage Kris and his company for ANY plumbing repair that you may need.

Edgar was awesome. From the moment I called he picked up right away and was available to come out super quick. He showed up before I even got there had a mask and gloves and was ready to go.
