This weekend, my parents had a major plumbing issue in their home. It was discovered on a Friday evening, diagnosed late Friday night in person and fixed on early Saturday morning. Paul, the company owner, and his team were extremely reliable and professional on each visit.

Additionally, we had family crisis this weekend that brought 10-12 guests to sleep in my parents’ home. All would be forced to take cold showers if the plumbing issue was fixed ASAP. Paul was aware of this and very sensitive to the situation. This made all of us much more at ease during such an important weekend for my family.

Paul and his team were punctual, friendly, and fast! The service provided and work done were
also top quality. Paul walked us through the entire process and explained everything about the new system installed. Since then he has been available on the phone, immediately picking up and helping us to understand.

Top-Choice provided a reasonable estimate and kept to it once service was complete.They did not try to up-charge my parents in anyway.

I will definitely call Paul and his team in the future!

They said it would be $75 to come out and that they would be there between 3 and 5 and call me half an hour before the appointment he showed up at 5:02 very good however charged me $143 to take a metal piece on my garbage disposal and reset my garbage disposal which took him all of 5 minutes and charged me $143 it took him longer to figure out how much to charge me that it was he was in my house

They have helped me for over 20 years, and still maintain the professionalism they are known for. I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.

We had a sewer repair done by another company and during that process we found we had a main water line leak with 15 days to fix it according to the City of MPLS. I called several of their referred companies. Eric responded promptly, got us a quote and upon approval got the work done in a timely manner. Great crew, and got a big job done in one day. Price was competitive, maybe just a bit on the upper range, but they got it done and did the work with care and quality. Would recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience. We’ve had a couple plumbers not want to go under our 1930s farm house because of the limited crawlspace, but not this guy. He spent an entire day working hard, re-piped our entire house and replaced our nasty galvanized metal, ran dishwasher lines and set up our new hot water heater. Now everything is upgraded and it was exactly what he quoted us as far as price. He is hard-working, honest, positive and we will hire him again in a heartbeat. It’s so nice to have a reliable professional plumber!
