Terrible attitude and service. Called to have two bathroom fixtures repaired and the partners started arguing among themselves, as to who would make the call while I was on the line. Needless to say, neither one ever call back.

We had two other plumbing companies come by and say they couldn’t replace the water heater.Their tech came by gave me a price, went to pick up the water heater, installed a it and took the old one. My experience was nothing but professional and fairly priced.

They do not know how to diagnose a problem, changed out a good water heater to then tell me I had to pay almost a thousand more to fix the real issue, cannot recommend.

The service we received from this company was exceptional. We had a leak in the bathroom and didn't know who to call. Well, we lucked out because we got in touch with the owner, Wendy, who was very accommodating and sent someone the next day. Our plumber, Justin, was so knowledgeable, courteous, and professional that he turned a stressful situation for us into a pleasant afternoon. He found the source of the leak immediately and replaced the damaged part. Not only was he patient when I had many questions but was happy to explain every step as he went along...great work ethic; wonderful service all-around! Will definitely call them again in the future. I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!
