We needed several faucets and a disposal installed ASAP. I saw the good reviews on Google and gave Pat a call. He was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule. Steven from BSJ Plumbing was right on time which I always appreciate. He identified the problem with our water heater after seeing evidence of water in the belly pan and rust around the lower heating element. He said best to try and replace the heating elements if the rust hasn't too badly damaged the threads. He said option B was to try and get it replaced from AO Smith while under warranty but realize that they will charge an inflation increase of what the unit costs today versus what it costs when we bought in 2019. We went with the replacement option and fortunately, the threads were still useable. Steven replaced both upper and lower heating elements, showed me the corrosion on both, and then tested the water heater to make sure it was working and not leaking. While we were waiting for the water heater to drain, he asked me if I had any other plumbing concerns. I showed him that our dishwasher spraying arm had become detached and he was able to fix that and getting it working again - at no charge!

Called Dugan because I had a leaking water heater. The technician, Jay used facetime to assist me to shut the unit off and was there first thing the next morning to replace the heater. I would highly recommend Jay and Dugan Plumbing!

I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Aaron came out to my house, I explain what the issue was and we came up with a plan. He was done cutting and soldering a u-joint in my pipe in 20 min. Could not have asked for better.

I have used Ryan in the past and have recommended him to many people, but I wanted to make sure he knew how much I have appreciated all the work he has done for me. Keep up the good work Ryan. PS, be prepared to tear my house apart and come work on my sewage lines. Cast Iron to Plastic... Biggest upgrade on the 1969 to date.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

William was essential in explaining what the project would entail. He was here to make a list of what wire dimensions he would need when he came back 4/23/21 to replace our electrical panel.
