Pat and his staff in recent months have installed a water softener, a RO system, and repaired two toilet leaks. They are timely, professional, and clearly communicate the problem and solution. One thing I truly respect is Pat takes great pride in the work he does and has a standard of doing things the right way not the fastest or easiest way. He stands by his work and always makes a follow up contact to make sure everything is ok. He stands by his work and makes sure his customers are happy with the work performed by his company. We had a washer drain back up late, Sunday night and the tech who came out was so great, respectful and communicative with me about our rental property and so courteous to our tenants. We had multiple more techs out over the course of a full pipe reroute and replacement and my tenants made it a point to let me know they were the nicest, most “respectful, polite, and personable” techs they’ve ever encountered. I was confident they were reasonable in their recommendations and honest about necessary repairs/replacements vs things that could wait or just be cleared out. Defiantly couldn’t recommend this company enough!

The guy they sent arrived in about 30 minutes and was professional and got right to the problem. He cleaned the pipe out and it has been good ever since. I will definitely use them again.

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

Excellent service! From response time to the serviceman arriving the next day. The serviceman listened to the issue we described and took care of the issues, as well as other concerns we brought up to him when he was here.

I love Gordon. I'm 75 yrs old and Gordon removed/replaced my tub/shower unit with a solid surface, corian, walk-in shower complete with hand bars. It's beautiful and was affordable. Excellent work. This man is awesome.
