Chris was on time and professional! He would not give up on a tough drain! His supervisor Jim is very knowledgeable relative to the issues I’m experiencing and offered sound advice.

Water heater broke a few months ago on Sunday. Called them Monday morning. Had a tech out by 11:00 am. Tech said he had to run to phoenix to get my brand of water heater. I came home from work at 5:00pm to newly installed water heater and a happy family. Trevor E. Is awesome. He was quick professional and have had no issues at all since it was replaced.

This is a very good plumber. Had them here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and as honest as the day is long. I will be using Arthur and crew at One Call Plumbing Services for now on. They are the real deal. Thank you for doing a great job for us guys, well appreciated.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called Brian at Red Horse. He was very responsive, got to work and fixed our leak. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for quality work!

The installer was great! However when removing old water heater or bringing in the new one, he accidentally knocked off the garage sensor to the ground.Therefore I was unable to shut or open the garage door.I put it back on as best as I could. Someone will fix it tomorrow.This is a great company, however I was not happy with “the cost of the new water heater” . Since the old one was already leaking and ready to burst., I agreed to the price because I just wanted to get it over with. Most of these companies have coupons which are useless as the price is NEVER what they are advertising, which was the case with me. I also wanted a certain brand which they do not carry. I think plumbers and electricians are a necessary evil. They are not friends to those on fixed incomes, either.Actually my neighbors feel that I paid too much for this water heater and it wasn’t even the brand I wanted. Matthew said Rudd was a better brand but after some researching, I found this not to be the case.

Never called me back!!

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

We have always been impressed with the service provided by AZ Duke's of Air. We use them for our regular tune up service and most recently had them reduct our entire house. They sent a large crew who completed the job professionally. The worksite was also left clean. Their communication is always upfront and open. I love that they send an email ahead of your appointment introducing the technician who will be visiting your home and a little but about them personally. Great company we would highly recommend.

The crew showed up quickly and were able to get our main line cleared out. They were friendly and had contactless payment which was very easy to use. Thanks for all your help!

I had lost my wedding band down my bathtub. I called them and that same day they came and tried togo through all of my plumbing in that bathroom to retrieve it for me. Although I didn't end up with the ring, they were very thorough and tried everything they could to retrieve it. Jesse is very knowledgeable, helpful and caring I would recommend them to everyone!

First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Extremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job done. Very polite and professional and just down home people. Eric did the job of replacing the hot water heater, very nice young man. The team was very efficient and job completed in a timely manner. I spoke with Tom to schedule the job, simple and easy!!

I waited a couple of days to write this so I could rate it more accurately. Mike showed up and asked the problem and promptly diagnosed it. Since he had to go up on the roof he explained it would cost more ( I was aware of the charge) and started on the job. He was very respectful of my property and got to the problem right away. After he cleared the blockage he made sure the drain was clear before he wrapped everything up. I was not charged anything I wasn't expecting and I am very happy with the cost, prompt service, and professionalism. I will use them again and refer them.

Washing machine faucet replacement.

We used Hyre Construction for a complete home remodel. The project was started and completed per schedule and estimate. Communication during the project was excellent as was the work. We would highly recommend Travis and his crew.
