Roy Temple made a rather difficult installation of a kitchen sink where he used a diamond saw to enlarge the opening and the radiuses. All went well and I recommend their services.

After going WAY over budget on our pool remodel, we find that our anti siphon valve had gone bad, after not being in use for a few months.After reading several fantastic reviews my wife suggested we call GoldStar Plumbing and Drain.Chris arrived on time, introduced himself, verified what our problem was and went right to work, a bit later he pointed out that our hose bib was leaking as well. (I knew about this but had forgotten to mention it.) He immediately quoted the new price, and after approval got that taken care of as well.Chris was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable and proficient.Hats off to GoldStar Plumbing and Drain.We have found our plumbing company.

They don't honor their commitments, they don't provide timely service, they are very unresponsive, and you can't trust what the employees tell you.
At first, we had good luck with them maintaining/fixing the main A/C under warranty from new home construction. However; June 11, 2021, my mini-split unit stopped working. They couldn't send someone out until the end of July. The technician said the compressor was bad, and he'd get back to me with a price. I waited a week and 1/2, and did my own search for the compressor, and finally called them since they didn't get back with me. They finally gave me a price for the part over 3 times what I could get it from from a number of reputable firms. I told him that's what I was going to do and he told me that was a good price and let them know when I got it. It took another week and 1/2 to get it here (now mid August), and I called to schedule. The earliest they had was Sept 27. There were several emails & text to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, someone called and said they couldn't install the unit because they didn't buy it. I talked to several people, including a technician who was fine doing it, except he didn't know what to charge. I finally spoke with Ozzie Brixa, the supervisor who canceled the appointment, and said the original technician was no longer with them and the one that scheduled the appointment was new. He wouldn't honor the commitment those employees had made. The bottom line is that they strung me along through the heat of the Mesa AZ summer, I had to get the compressor myself, and after all this time I need to find someone else to install it.
