Here we are 3pm, 112 degrees and the A/C went out. Just replaced the unit. Called Parker and Son's since they installed it. Very quick response.Raylynn found the issue, a bad connection shorted out. Nothing they did originally, it was in existing wiring. Raylynn cleaned up the connections, made sure all was good. Grant the election followed up. He checked everything and was confident all would be good. We were back to cooling. Our biggest thanks to Raylynn and Grant for the professional and courteous service.

I was having a problem with my water heater. Terry came to my house on a same-day appointment. He arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a simple solution. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional. I had a main line leak in my water line. Casey was able to get me in the next day for the repair. He and Addam showed up on time and got to work. The leak was located under my irrigation valves, which would have proved problematic, but they dug around the valves so I wouldn't have to replace those as well. They kind of tunneled under them to access the main line. Fixed it in no time. Would definitely recommend them 👍

Watch out this place, they do not tell you about any service fees. At least they did not tell me anyways.
