Of the quotes I got, they were in the middle but I feel like I received a top quality product and excellent service. Dustin did the install and was very prompt and also transparent with everything on the installation. I will absolutely use BSK again!

I have worked with Joe on several jobs...small jobs such as replacing new fixtures, and large jobs, replacing old sewer main lines, in the yard and under concrete. I called yesterday to have them look at a leaking shower in my rental home. They scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 12. Brian called at 9:50 this morning and was at the house in 20 minutes. Although we decided not to do the work right now they were very professional. They got me my receipt and estimates through email immediately. I appreciated the text messages confirming the appointment.

I went online this morning to make an appointment with Parker & Sons and to my surprise they were able to come out today to fix our disposal. Anthony M was early (after calling to make sure it was okay), very professional and personable. The disposal is once again working after he retrieved the screw that was stuck in it. I will be requesting him for any plumbing needs going forward.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

Christian was PHENOMENAL! 100% professional. He took the time to explain things to me to help me understand what was happening, and what he was doing to fix/alleviate the problem.
