Same day (they came out approx an hour after our call), very professional, fast installation and cleanup, friendly, price very competitive with others who said we had to wait a week. I think it was even less expensive. They had our Tall Rheem in stock, too. Very nice! Would totally recommend.

I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. They answered quickly when I called and were able to send someone out the next morning to get it fixed. I would highly recommend their services.

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

The technician initially came out to do a drain and flush of my water heater. The heater had not been serviced for over ten years and couldn't be drained and then the pipe for the anode couldn't be removed after much effort. I decided to have the to have the water heater replaced as it was near the end of its life. They brought out a new heater first thing the next morning. As with previous experience with Parker and Sons, the workmanship was excellent and the technician(s) were very friendly and professional .

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!
