Best Water Purification Unit in Mesa AZ

This past week we had a need for plumbing assistance at our home twice. Mr. Ramos was the gentleman PS sent out to work on the two issues we had. One of the two issues was a main one that involved having our water shut off by Liberty Utilities until the repair work was completed.Mr. Ramos did an excellent job on both occasions! He also was easy to work with and actually identified the main issue to repair that involved our homes's low water pressure.Thanks!!!

LIFE SAVER! AC went out on July 1 in Phoenix! We are an older couple and my spouse was fading fast. It reached 99degrees in our house. Tom came out within 4 hours of me calling. Assessment, repairs, installation, cool house by 8 pm. We have a very old unit and the repairs were reasonable. Use this company. They are honest and really care.

So glad to have found this company after a lot of shopping around. I have a home addition / remodel project starting soon. I needed to get things lined up in advance for a multitude of reasons, mainly due to supply chain issues and the fact that so many companies are busy these days. That said, I was ghosted by four other companies before being contacted by Air & Water Mechanical. I explained to them up front that I was setting things up in advance and that my project was starting in a few weeks. They had no problem giving me an estimate and understanding my situation. They have been friendly, prompt and professional handling my project so far. Other companies wouldn't even return calls after I told them up front what was going on. I will update after installation, but so far I'm impressed ... stick with the family owned businesses, much better response.

Francisco was very professional. He took time to make us aware of our problem and how it's could be fix. He took time tell us of various options. He was very courteous and respectfull. You are fortunate to have an employee like him on your team. Thanks.

Melvin worked very hard to get my install done today. He found some issues and discrepancies but was able to handle them and get my product working again. Just in time. Very kind. Very professional. Will be looking forward to the performance of a new AC.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Junior was not only professional but informative. He explained every thing he replaced and what each provided. He cleaned up each project and left my house just as he found it. He is a delight to have in my home I will always ask for him when I need something done - he is an employee who deserves an A plus for his performance. He should be a keeper for your company.

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
