Dustin and BSJ Plumbing were great to work with! We needed our water heater flushed and Dustin came out same day. He was extremely professional and helpful in explaining the work he did on our water heater and also future maintenance of our water softener. We would definitely use him again.

I should point out I live in a 100 year-old loft apartment - so all the complications of neighbors and elevators and professional grade rule were in play - and they still did amazing work at a great price. We are very pleased with Evolution Plumbing and Misting. I had a misting system installed, we contacted them to install a Misting system because we saw their installation at a neighbor’s house. Justin responded to my call within an hour and was at the house to give an estimate the very next day. After receiving the quote and learning how much of a family business It was and I was sold so we were moving forward. We scheduled the very next Monday 7-8 am and they arrived at 730 am and txt me that they were on their way.
They started right on the project and layout to me what their plan was, and I agreed.
Within 2.5 hours they were completed They were punctual, completed the project quickly, it was a pleasure working with Evolution Plumbing and Misting, I will recommend them to everyone!

I am so disappointed. I regret going with them. The shower faucet cartridge went out in our secondary bathroom. I've never experienced this before and that's when I learned about cartridges inside the faucet. It happened in the morning, and a different plumber I have used on occasion was not available. I am thankful they came out same day, but I paid $414 for a cartridge replacement. A $50 part, that I could have gotten at the hardware store. I understand I am paying for the service call, the expertise, and the service itself. I figured it would maybe be a $200-ish type repair, but not $400+. That is true price gouging and taking advantage. Invoice is not broken down, so you can only go by their word. My master shower cartridge went out the week after. Thankfully, I bought the part myself and had a kind neighbor who changed it out for free. I kind of understand why many people out there don't do home repairs because no company makes any kind of repairs reasonable, affordable, or accessible. I wished more companies acted with integrity. Nothing will change here. I just know I will never use them for any kind of service, period. $414 for a CARTRIDGE REPAIR.

State 48 Drain Service is Awesome! That might sound enthusiastic about plumbers...but it’s true. I didn’t want to have to hire a plumber in the first place because I’m a serious do-it-yourself guy. But I also know where my skill boundaries are. I don’t remember how I found them, I’m just glad I did. Their previous customers loved them with glowing comments and now I’m with them too.
Adam and Casey answered the call right away, were responsive, reasonable with their price. Casey came out and was a respectful perfectionist with his work and did a fantastic job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!
