A great experience! Brad came out to do a quote and was very transparent and informative. I felt like I was getting the best value for money. Of the quotes I got, they were in the middle but I feel like I received a top quality product and excellent service. Dustin did the install and was very prompt and also transparent with everything on the installation. I will absolutely use BSK again!

These guys are so professional that they don't even need to help residential customers but they love to do it! They seem to look forward to solving my home issues. They do extra work above what I need. They take time to make sure the job is thorough, complete, and more than enough. The service is so fast and they are so readily available that I would recommend no other. You will be happy with their service!

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

Water heater broke a few months ago on Sunday. Called them Monday morning. Had a tech out by 11:00 am. Tech said he had to run to phoenix to get my brand of water heater. I came home from work at 5:00pm to newly installed water heater and a happy family. Trevor E. Is awesome. He was quick professional and have had no issues at all since it was replaced.

911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911. Originally, he came to our home for a kitchen sink drain clog only to discover water stains on the outside structure. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. I highly recommend you give this business a call when water leaks occur. George was amazing and it is guaranteed if any plumbing concerns arise in the future for us, we will contact this company!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

This was absolutely the BEST home repair customer service I have EVER experienced! I had a BBQ gas line that ran within PVC underneath my patio slab that had corroded through and needed to be replaced.
