Best Water Heater Problems in Mesa AZ

Washing machine busted and had about 3” of water in part of house. Left message for Brad emergency man. He called within 1/2 hour, came over as soon as he was able to buy the parts he needed around 8pm after probably working all day and fixed our problem.
This was the second time we used them and they were efficient then also.

My water heater broke, water all over the place. I called BJS plumbing. They sent someone out to look at it and they were here Within an hour and said it no more warranty on it. We looked it up and they were correct. So we ordered a new one from them and a little them 3 hours they had a new one replaced by Aaron. Cannot believe it took that fast. I was so amazed and pleased.

He had to order a new system so had to wait a week longer for that but he agreed to come late in the afternoon to allow for my work schedule. He was friendly, reliable, and he knows his systems! A great company. They are straight forward with you, no gimmicks. We had a circ. pump replaced and not only were they fast in getting the new one installed but they were honest about the work they did. They saved me over $100 by reusing my piping instead of using new copper. They could have easily charged me for it and I would have never known the difference. State 48 moved some plumbing to expand a bathroom, they added plumbing for a washer/dryer and placed water lines for refrigerators. Casey and Adam did the work. They were great. They are very pleasant people to work with and good communicators. Both were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. After the majority of the job was complete a few things need to be tweaked which they came and did right away. I have already hired them to come back and install a tankless water heater and filtration system.
