Patrick was great. He corrected a non-code plumbing problem with my water heater and fixed a nonworking bathtub stopper. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a day, and did the work expertly and efficiently . . . and for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend him.

Realistic options!

We woke up to a house filled with sewer water. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional and gone out of their way to help us. Prices were also the lowest we could find. The restoration company that they recommended has also been top notch. Will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs

Thank you. Greg and his wife were both very professional—great at communicating the plan and product needed. I was provided with 2 separate quotes—-one for the actual project (To fix the leaking shower faucets) and one with the upgrades I had requested if within my budget.
The upgrades and leaks were fixed and Greg then double checked the meter (showed me what to look at) to make sure no other leaks maybe occurring.

Hired company the company during a home sale to scope the sewer lines. The videos came without any narration so they were not useful in describing the exact location of the blockage in the line or the severity. The scope was pulled through the line at a fast pace so clients had to use the slow motion feature on their player to get an understanding of the condition. The client was left with more questions but there was no response to my 2 requests for a bid to correct root damaged sewer line.

It would be helpful to have a written report along with the video or a narration that described challenges in the sewer lines so the client can understand the problem better, the location of the problem, and to be able to use the inspection to to negotiate the cost to repair with a seller or to share with a contractor.

We have used Water Pros Plumbing for a number of plumbing needs ranging from water heater repair, water softener and laundry sink installation. They are very professional and their work is top quality. Only plumbing company I’ll use or recommend.

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves.
