The technician was here for over 5 hours. Had to leave for almost one hour to purchase parts for the job. Seemed competent.We are somewhat disappointed in this business. What started out as $3500 for various plumbing projects, after we signed the family plan. Big mistake. Everytime we called for something-like annual air conditioner check, it morphed into being told we needed a new air conditioner, then another tech came out to tell us we needed insulation--for an additional $15K on top of $14K for one new air conditioner. The tech finally said they could do the insulation for $8K.We got a 2nd opinion. Air conditioners are working fine and insulation is only $3KWill not renew family plan and will not use this business again. They are focused on sales not the customer, imho

Took care of my tub problem... didn't charge me even though it was my ignorance! Nice guy... knowledgeable! Plan on using his service for other plumbing issues I have around my home!

Bobby was on time, professional and immediately detected our issue with our bath tub. He was thorough and detailed with his work and he is a vibrant person who enjoys what he does. He was considerate with keeping the place tidy and went out of his way to keep everything clean.

Jimmy P. Took good care of us. He was completely honest and down to earth. We were originally going through our home warranty company (First American). The warranty company sent Prestige Mechanical to replace our unit. Prestige Mechanical turned out to be a disaster. They tried to rip us off and wouldn't answer or return our calls. Jimmy P. stopped by and under bid them by 1500$ and put in a better more efficient unit. Thank you for your service and professionalism. Great work!

Replacing 2 main line pipes under my house- I'm giving a five star rating for the fact that I'm in a good mood and the technician that helped me was indeed very kind and he followed through - His name is Abdiel. The other unfortunate side to my experience that deserves a 3-star rating was the scheduling of my appointments. I would be promised a call or text back to confirm the technicians arrival time yet the technician would arrive at my house while I wasn't there with no notice. The next time(a week later) I had to follow-up at least 2 times to verify whether a tech was actually scheduled for my job or not. Very odd and very frustrating for me. Luckily, for plumbing medics, I have a flexible schedule and I have patience for days. This communication inconsistency was very consistent up until Abdiel tool over the communication. In fact, Hector was the first technician to arrive on the first call and he was fantastic too. Whatever is happening on the administration/dispatch level therec use a re-boot. I run several companies and I know there are excuses that can be understandable here and there. However the communication issues that I was having was on three separate days on three separate dispatches - that's a red flag. Other than that I'm super happy with the work they performed! Very clean and very precise. They finished ahead of schedule too. Good Job Abdiel - you held this entire job together... With my patience and understanding of course. Ha. Cheers

Discovered a leak on our side of the water meter. Cactus Plumbing And Air service was very quick to respond to our call for assistance. Tech was out here in no time and had the problem fixed! Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you

Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.
