In the end, I chose Pink Plumbing and Sewer because I had absolute trust in them. I did have other opinions and plumbers out to my house in my decision making process. In the end, I've realized that was a waste of time and stress. Pink Plumbers was honest from the beginning all the way to the end. We got home on Saturday to a non working AC unit. We called Parker & Son's. They answered the phone. A technician arrived at 6:30 in the evening, and the unit was fixed by the time he left. Thank you for helping us to sleep in a cool place.

Had my AC stop blowing cold air in the afternoon on the hottest day of the year--classic Phoenix stuff. The scheduling department kept us up to date on when they would be able to send a technician out, which ended up being early the next morning. Jesus and a second technician (can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up when expected and were courteous and diligent in getting the job done. I am a renter and the team was great at communicating both with me and my landlord to get everything fixed quickly. I also appreciated that the technicians wore PPE--masks and shoe covers when in my home. Altogether, would recommend. Thanks everyone!

Their technicians are very experienced polite, friendly and answer any questions you have. They're very quick to respond toa call. The owner is involved in day-to-day business, which I think is outstanding.
