From office staff (Erica) to diagnostics (Adrian) to sewer line repair (Matt & Mike), they instilled confidence with their thorough work and explanations. Exceeded performance of all previous plumbing companies I had consulted for estimates. Due to high bids from other plumbers, I called insurance adjuster who recommended them due to prior positive experiences. My claim was denied, but well worth the call just to get connected to Schroeder. They minimized cost & avoided tear-up, with an effective/warranted solution. They are now my go-to plumbing company!

Had a cartridge that would not come out for anything. I called them around 5:45am on a Saturday and they were at my house in less than an hour later. Got the cartridge replaced and everything is working as desired.

Very professional. I called on a Sunday after all sinks, showers, and toilets were backing up (but not yet overflowing). The technician showed up within a few hours of the inital call and immediately found the cause and fixed it while showing me every step he took. We watched on the screen as the camera ran through the line leading from the house to discover the source of the blockage. I highly recommend this company.

Love that this company is open 24/7 and the free estimate is extremely useful! They were able to come out the same day I called, let me know what the issue was, and then fix it all within the span of two days.

Chris Barnett came out to the house on June 28th (2023)and again I cannot express how nice, professional and such great service that he provided. I am going to ask for Chris for all my plumbing needs as I know that he is amazing at what he does and honest. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.
