Our air conditioner broke and we scheduled a technician to come to our house between 2-6 pm. We never heard from them between that time period and when we called to confirm if they were still coming, we were given the run around from 3 different people. Needless to say, we never heard from a technician and nobody ever came. Being busy is understandable but poor communication is not. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by such a reputable company. We were able to find 2 different companies that provided us common courtesy and at minimum gave us an update if they were running behind. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication and customer service. They also wanted us to pay for a warranty before ever coming to assess our air conditioner unit-red flag!

I had Jake look at my main sewer line as a second opinion. Another company said I had a cracked pipe that required digging through the floor and slab. They indicated it would cost approximately $11K.
Jake inspected the line and did not find any damage. He was very professional and honest! I appreciate his honesty and will use him in the future if needed.

Not a good company to work with. I am not sure if is just the person on the site or is the company’s philosophy. If is the company then this is definitely a “pursue to pursue only profit” company. I am questioning all those 5 star reviews. Anyway, I don’t think there will be more business with them..

So look as any business owner knows, time is money. After the plumer fixed what they cane to do he left a big mess. I asked him To clean it up and put it back clean like it was before he started. He looked puzzled and then proceeded to tell me in no uncertain terms that he didn’t provide clean up service. So I borrowed his shop vac and did it my self. The bill was $380.00 l paid $280.00 he apologized for his dereliction of his duties and said he didn’t know his vac was that powerful. Because I believed his explanation I give them 3 star’s. Vladimir Shelley was the tech who came to my house today. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to clear my drain so I didn't have to be out a lot of money right now and that was not easy with my 50 year old pipes. I greatly appreciate his timely manner and professional disposition. The dispatcher was very kind and helpful when I called for service. I will definitely call them if I ever need plumbing work again and will refer to all my friends and family.

We called Gold Star plumbing based on the recommendation of Servpro who is fixing water damage in our home. Goldstar fixed the pipe that was leaking. I called them late on Thursday and they were able to come and take care of the problem on Saturday which was much appreciated. Paul and Trent were very courteous and professional and they had the leak fixed in under an hour. we would certainly call upon Goldstar plumbing again.
