Best Toilet Repair And Replacement in Mesa AZ

Michael was very efficient and professional when installing my refrigerator water line. He met my expectations. My only issue was cost. Michael was here less than 3 hours and the cost was $700 with an $50 off coupon. Allowing for supply cost, say $100, labor cost of $200+ per hour seems unreasonable. I would recommend Michael but not sure I will use BSJ Plumbing again.

Called at 7:30 AM, Amy treated my leak as a priority and assigned Troy to the job. Troy arrived at 9:00AM and identified the problem in just a few minutes. A rat or large rodent had chewed through the brine return line on my soft water system. Only issue was finding a replacement tubing which took several hours. Troy was a professional and was very communicative.

A very competent , professional, and pleasant young man installed our new water heater. His name was Dillon, and he is to be commended for the excellent service he gave us.
We also appreciate the information booklet we received from the company.

Worst experience with this company, beware.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
