Michael Gisbran of BSJ Plumbing replaced the stem in a faucet handle yesterday - he did a good job and was very professional. I was also very impressed that the BSJ office called to let me know his previous appointment was taking longer than expected, so I wasn't left wondering if he would show up. A very customer focused, professional firm. GREAT JOB!

With a water emergency on a Saturday morning, they found time on their schedule to come out within a few hours of our call and we’re able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Brandon came out to the house and did an inspection and was super honest with me about everything. Luckily, my situation isn’t as bad as I thought and I don’t need services at the moment but if/when I do I will be using Evolution Plumbing!

Called to ask for a quote. Joe said he could come by next day and to send him my information. I did within a minute and have not heard from or seen him for over 3 days. Hope everyone else gets better service. I was hoping for better going to a smaller company. I was wrong.

Everything was outstanding. I called late lastnight about a shower handle that broke and we have visitors coming this weekend. Thinking it was after 5 no one would answer....my call was answered and Jeremy was here at 9:30am the next day. Would highly recommend - he was very efficient, personable, and professional - I knew right from the start he was trying to fix our issue with the least amount of cost...handle is fixed and our shower is now in working order without breaking the bank!!!

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding! One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. After describing what The symptoms were he tuned right in to the problem area and had it fully diagnosed within 15 minutes. Off Tom went to get the parts and we were operating agin within 90 minutes. Super experience, cost effective and quick repair. We will have the Dukes and Tom back again if there are other problems! Thanks Tonya and your Team.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
