My water heater went out. I called them and within 15 min, they were at my house to evaluate the issue. We replaced the water heater with them. Their prices are very competitive, not to mention they swapped in the new water heater within hours of the initial call. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Also Eric did a fantastic job replacing it. Was super knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner, but also taking the time to install correctly.

Scheduling service was fast, efficient. Justin (is super!) showed up next day, fixed pinhole leak in refrigerant line and topped it off. Within couple hours house was cool again, we're comfortable and very happy. Signed a service contract with them on the spot. Hopefully our other system keeps working a while longer, but if not, we'll be calling Duke's.UPDATE: Upgraded to a new 5 ton variable speed Trane system with Rob - couldn't be Happier! The house is cooler and the electric bill is lower. The install team was fast, courteous, professional, neat and tidy. Dukes now maintains all 3 of our HVACs. A great staff makes this a great company.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
