The technician we had was very friendly and informative. We were advised we needed a pretty expensive repair or a full replacement during a routine maintenance. Of course, the expertise of the technician was not questioned and I appreciated their honesty! However, we went ahead to get a second opinion and it matched pretty closely with AZ Dukes of Air's assessment. The reason for the three star review was that there was a wire in our unit that was scorched or burnt that the second company replaced for us at no cost because they stated it was a large fire hazard. I was not even offered that from AZ Dukes of Air despite being told it was an issue. Overall, I appreciated their informative nature but the lack of care for my families safety left me a bit uneasy.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Leo was wonderful! He set up an RODI filtration system in my garage. He was meticulous, professional, and answered all of my questions. Will book again!

I had one of my AC units go down, on a Friday night. Called Air & Mechanical when they opened on Saturday. They were able to have a technician out before noon that day. After determining the unit was not repairable, they identified a replacement and scheduled the install for the upcoming Wednesday. With both the product and labor shortages everyone is experiencing I was very happy with everything.

Save yourself stress and heartache by NOT hiring this company to do any work for you. We hired them to install a water filtration system and run gas lines into our home. After assurance work was complete, and multiple requests for payment by Tom, we paid them in full. What a terrible mistake on our part. We have multiple leaks in the gas lines throughout the house, to the point brand new cabinets will have to be removed and cut through to correct the leak to our cooktop. Damage was done to the ceiling when running gas lines which has not been paid for, along with other damage to our property. No one will return a phone call or text message and I regret ever hiring this company to do the work at my new home.

This company and Jonathan, who came out, were wonderful. We had a difficult time getting someone to come out when we needed them and this company bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were professional, yet very personable and they diagnosed our problem quickly. They stayed in touch with us and their prices were really reasonable. We plan to use them whenever we have plumbing issues and heartily recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing diagnoses and/or repair.

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.
