Our bathroom tub upstairs had a faucet that would not turn off and was running full blast. We had to turn the water off to the whole house in order for it to stop. Our property manager was unaware that they offered 24 hr service and sent them our work order after hours via email. Of course I was livid when I looked the company up online and called to find out not only were they open, but that they would have came out that night had they recieved the work order by phone as they do not view emails after hours.
Scott who was on call, called me right away even though he couldn't help me. He was kind and professional.
First thing on the morning today, someone called me and stated they couldn't come out till the afternoon. Well... We have 8 ppl in our house. 5 who are children and 3 of those are teen boys who need to BATHE! I am also pregnant. Long story short.... We needed our water turned back on asap. She called me back less than 20 mins later and said a plumber was on his way.

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech.
