I looked around the area for quite a while trying to find someone to install a in the wall dog door. I was having poor luck finding a reasonable installer until I found Brandon. He agreed to install the door at a very reasonable price. The installation was outstanding and it looks really great. Brandon was very courteous, professional and went the extra mile without hesitation. I will be using his services for future projects.

Brandon did an awesome job of replacing my sink and dishwasher. Prior to the work he gave me great advice I where to to getvthenitems and what to look for. The work took him longer than planned since it was an unusual situation. He also do a couple of other menial talks for me that took himself very little time. I would definitely recommend him for this work and I’ll go back when I need more work done.

Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He noticed that the garbage disposer was corroding and was going to likely fail in the near future and replaced it at cost since we were already going to have the sink taken apart for the replacement.

Brandon, On the Spot Handyman, is a very smart and capable problem solver. I contacted Home Advisors because 4 of my kitchen drawers weren't opening and closing properly. They referred me to Brandon. He responded right a way, came to the house, checked out the drawers and determined that the hardware needed to be replaced. He did the work accurately and fast. The cost was reasonable. Brandon is a very good worker, he is a good communicator and a nice guy. I will call upon him again...I'm sure of that! I do highly recommend his work.

Brandon painted our entire house, helped us move and haul things and another time did some plumbing work. He always shows up on time and does work that doesn't need to be redone. His professionalism and performance is at a high level, and you can tell he's constantly improving and growing his competencies. The name says it all, he's on the spot when you need his help.

I had the man door to the garage replaced. Brandon gave me a fair price and arrived when he said he would. Even though it took him longer than he thought, he did not ask for more. I had asked for a storm door as well to make sure it water wouldn't leak into my garage when it rains and he told me that others said it would not help but he thought it would. The door hasn't leaked in three months, despite constant storms in the area. It looks great and opens so easily. Brandon did a perfect job in all aspects.

Brandon’s work was the highest caliber on each project he has completed for my home: installing storm doors, bathroom vents, a mechanical awning, diagnosing and fixing a complicated HVAC cooling/return issue, adding plumbing and a utility sink in the garage.
