This guy is a straight shooter and he is knowledgable! Thanks chris, had no clue what to do about this water coming up in my front yard. I literally had a fountain coming up out of the dirt. I live in mesa, 25 minutes after my call he pulled up in this van that was wrapped with pink and black.
He got to work right away, pricing was fine with me and had me fixed in a couple hours. I mean he had a shovel in his truck and him and someone else that was with him got to work that second!! Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

I needed three old leaky faucets replaced, another faucet needed a broken handle replaced, shut off valves for all the sinks replaced, and my kitchen sink caulking replaced. A close friend recommended CTR plumbing. Erik gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Erik even called Moen for replacement handles and got them shipped out. Erik is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions. He is honest and did an amazing job! I will only call Erik for my future plumbing needs!

I was given Wade's number from a friend because I had a major leak & underground leak in my front yard and as when I called and spoke to Wade he listen to me he showed empathy and by a lot of what he said and his response time which would be the very next day I decided to go ahead and schedule the repair and he was at my house at the time that he said he would be and he took care of in the manner that he said he was going to. He gave me a price the day prior and it ended up being the same price he did not try to get anything more out of me.
