Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. Miguel has many, many years of experience in the plumbing business. He has always helped us with our plumbing needs, whether it has been a leak, replacing valves, or anything else. He is prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and stands behind his work.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

I had a leak in our upstairs shower that was coming through the downstairs ceiling on a Sat!! I called Schroeder’s and quickly spoke to a member of their friendly staff. Within 2 hours I had the owner of the company John Schroeder himself at my door. He was super friendly and quickly identified the wall leak in the upstairs shower. We were then able to schedule a prompt repair on the spot, which was done on time and to our satisfaction. I really appreciate John taking his time on a weekend to help us out. Great company with a wonderful leader, I highly reccomend them. 👍
