They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. The technician was skilled in completing the repair. He had a strong grasp of plumbing issues and was familiar with the required equipment. He offered useful advice and suggestions for future maintenance. I was satisfied with the service. My interactions with the technician were pleasant at first but devolved into uncomfortable territory. He informed me that my home design was dated and unattractive. He showed photos of his home, family, and investment properties. He ended the service call by asking about my travel habits, where I purchased my furniture, plans for selling my home, and the user of a vehicle in parked in my driveway. All these questions seemed inappropriate. My overwhelming sense was that he was privately evaluating my financial resources. I can appreciate someone's interest in design. However, service providers should not be proccupied withassessing the affluence of clients.

Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

They installed a new drainage line and repaired a sewage drain for me. They did it with reasonable price other quotes I got and finished in less time than estimated. Joe Miller was very good at explaining what work needed to be done and why. I highly recommend these guys

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.
