We called a couple places and had no-show after no-show. Called Angry Pipe Plumbing, they asked the right questions, set the expectation and then met them! Communications was a breeze (what? yes I know I said the C word, what a concept right?). Carlos came out and was professional, personable and polite. We hired the right folks. They are now on our list for the folks to call for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

My tech was wonderful and everyone I talked to on the phone was kind. It seemed like all invoked parties were not up to date on my case. Very friendly service and responsive. I have to say that the whole process took 3 days and was very stressful and frustrating. I am talking about this issue only. We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
