Patrick was so professional and quick. He installed a new toilet last year around Thanksgiving. He was very busy and in high demand, his phone rang nonstop. I am thankful he made time for my repair, even with a new baby just being born. I recall him working & humming When the saints go marching in.. I've since used a great locating service he referred. I will be using him again for sink repairs.

Impressive and On Point! I called once and got a friendly person on the phone right away who gave me all of the information I needed in a prompt and friendly manner. They scheduled the product + install at a very reasonable rate. Within a few days, Dillon arrived, put the tank in quickly with no problems and was VERY nice to deal with! I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.
